"My Bokksu box did arrive in one..."
My Bokksu box did arrive in one piece, so that was good, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The tracking was kind of slow to update too, and for a few days I had no idea where it was. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t really seem to be a way to talk to an actual person about it, which I hate when I’m already waiting around. Nothing was damaged and it showed up eventually, but overall the shipping experience felt average.

"Nice picks, cute packaging"
I’ve been happy with the picks so far. They’re good quality and the box is always packed in a really cute way, which is a nice little bonus.

"Really nice mix of actual Japanese snacks"
I’ve ordered from Bokksu a few times now, and it really does feel more authentic than just getting the same random candy you see everywhere. The box come with a nice mix of stuff, like sweet snacks, salty ones, tea, little cakes, and a bunch of things I’d never tried before. I also like the little notes about where everything comes from, it makes it more fun to go through. Shipping took a little longer one time, but everything showed up in good shape. I’d definitely order again.

"Really tasty snacks and great quality"
I got my bokksu box last week and honestly... I was impressed. The snacks actually tasted fresh and high quality, not like some random snack boxes where half the stuff feels stale or just kind of odd.
I really liked the mix of sweet and salty things, and the flavors felt more authentic too. A few of the snacks were on the smaller side, but the quality was definitely there... I’d totally order it again

"Pretty easy to manage my subscription"
I haven’t had any real problems with Bokksu billing so far. The charges have gone through when I expected, and the subscription page was simple enough to figure out. I did pause my box for a month once, and that went through without any trouble. There’s maybe a tiny bit of room to make the account page feel more polished, but overall it’s been a smooth experience.

I reached out not really expecting a quick reply, but they got back to me fast and helped me sort it out right away. it was just nice to not have to wait around forever...

"Pretty good snacks for the price!!"
These were totally worth it!! The box came packed really well, and everything looked good when it arrived... For the price, I was happy with it!!!
